Brian was a consummate professional from start to finish. He turned up on time to the minute for our first meeting at the property. His assessment and the valuation of the property was realistic, his treatment of my elderly father very respectful. On listing, he turned initial interest into a virtual auction and with great skill closed out our sale quickly and for an excellent result. On top of everything, Brian is a very nice guy. I highly recommend him to anyone selling property in the Heathcote area.

Brian was attempting to sell a property that had had a demolish and remove order on it, which I was not informed of. He was very vague on details of the property, and it wasn't until I contacted the Greater Bendigo Council that I found out about the orders. I only contacted the Council because he would not answer my questions. He should have been well aware of this prior to listing the property

Helpful͏ and FriendlyWe had met Brian at a number of properties but we were looking for something that had to tick a few boxes. Coming from the city I found the service to be a little short on helpful. I did purchase a small farm from this realestate however negotiation on price was not advised even though it was advertised between 2figures. Only offers at highest end taken into consideration. The people I care for chose this property. My advise is around first and negotiate a deal on the asking price order walk away. Ensure everything us on contract, do not take sellers on word, our seller suggested farm animals would come with property as well as an old tractor. All this was sold or taken prior to handover. Always complete an inspection of any property purchased in the week prior to settlement to ensure everything you buy is as suggested. Please ensure everything is in contract in detail. Seller's will say just about anything to get you in.
