Yvonne is the best! She always makes you feel welcome and comfortable when doing fittings and seems to have the perfect dress for the perfect occasion! Her seamstress skills are amazing and she can do anything you need her to do!

I had the best experience with Yvonne! My first appointment was relaxed, fun and a really positive experience - she listened to what I liked and I ended up choosing the third dress I tried on (but I tried on a few more to make sure!). I loved that we had the shop to ourselves for my appointment.Such a different (better!) experience to the other bridal shops in Geelong I went to. We ended to getting the bridesmaids dresses from Bernice's too, and my friends felt far more comfortable with Yvonne than they had at the previous store we went to.Every subsequent appointment for alterations were easy and stress free too! I couldn't have been happier.

I cannot thank Yvonne and her team enough for their assitance in helping me find my perfect wedding dress. I was two weeks out from my wedding day with a dress I had previously purchased from a different store a year before, it couldn't be adjusted small enough to fit me which we didn't find out until the final fitting and that's when we searched and called Bernice Fashions in a panic. I expected to be met with hesitation about the time limit and I was wrong. Not only did Yvonne stay open late after our initial phone call to ask for help, she made my dress shopping experience so special! Each fitting was filled with joy and positivity.I loved my dress so much, I will cherish it forever.Their customer service is outstanding, I would give 10/5 stars if I could!

She is so lovely, super helpful and knows her stuff! I was helped in and out of dresses, given advice and just had an all round lovely experience.

Yvonne was so incredibly helpful with altering my dress, which I bought off the rack, and needed altered within 4 weeks. She made the whole process so easy, and stress free. She even helped me pack it in my carryon bag, ready to travel overseas with! Thank you so much!!!

Yvonne was phenomenal, I put the pressure on to get my head to toe lace dress altered with 3 weeks till my wedding and the process was fantastic!She managed to fit in 3 fittings including the final try on before I took the dress home and I couldn't be happier with how amazing it came out.Thankyou so much - highly recommend
