I was very unsure and did a beginner class with Tara who was very supportive and encouraging, other girls in the class were super friendly. When they say all levels welcome they really mean it! I'm incredibly unfit and uncoordinated but was still able to learn moves within one class.Fun and unique fitness class, definitely gives you a full body workout
