Smith's Lawyers and specifically Yasmine did a wonderful job of my TPD claim. Yasmine presented a comprehensive file of my medical records and reports. The insurer did not request any supplementary information. Yasmine kept me updated with the progress of my claim and ultimately it was accepted first go. I am indebted to Smith's for their assistance. Highly recommended for your TPD needs.

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Smith’s from start to finish. Emily was amazing in communicating everything, making sure I was aware of everything and was well informed before making decisions. She took the time to explain the ins and outs of my case and made sure to ease my mind with every concern I had. I was well impressed with the support and assistance provided by Smiths Lawyers. There's a lot involved with a claim and It's a stressful process and difficult time for people with injuries but Everyone from Smith's was very helpful and answered my questions and explained what happens each step of the way. I was always confident things would work out ok because of their no win no fee no catch policy. It felt honest and that's why I chose them. They were definitely true to their word

I was happy with the outcome of my claim it wasn't as much as I expected but it was something the best part of smiths winning my claim was It meant my former employer was held accountable for the way they did business putting profit before people and that is not right so thankyou smiths for taking on my case and getting me the best possible outcome if I ever need to make a claim in the future I will be sure to use smiths lawyers I recommend anyone looking for someone to fight for them don't look past this company they are very professional and very good at what they do cheers
