People who dont know how to do nails runs business. They are inexperienced people and they cut my skin in three different finger. They still want people to pay for that and make excuses that my nail is weaker. I asked the girl so many times if she can remove the SNS and the answer was yes. Can't trust them.If there was a negative star i would give them that.

Customer service was okay they don't talk behind your back like other salons, but the quality of the nails and the nail art done was really good compared to other salons I've been too.Also my nails have grown out quite a bit since I didn't have any pictures from when I got it done originally.

My eyelash extension took 20-30mins for application and resulted of the extensions falling of within a week not sure if faulty application or faulty glue but definitely not worth the $150 that I paid for. Would not recommend for anyone. Went back to ask for a partial refund (not even a full refund), and I was denied. Asked if I wanted free infills instead, but anyone in my position would not want more extensions that will then again fall off in a week and provide the same painful experience.

My shellac only lasted one week before they started lifting and my eyelash extensions were half gone within a week. They're not cheap so I wouldn't be going back unfortunately as it's a waste of my time

Super attentive and always take so much care when they are looking are you! The appoints may take longer but that’s because they take their time and don’t rush. So worth it!

Worst nail salon experience I have had. I showed them the picture and they said they can do it for $65. When the nails about 90% done, they told me they don’t have the pearls that fit onto my nail. That was the only feature other than nail paint, I wonder why they said they could do the style when they don’t even have the material? I try to accomodate with something else, their exact words were “we don’t have anything”I had to change to a different look on one of my nail, using only 1 pearl instead of 3 pearls. Then the owner Gina came to the store, looked at my nails, decided to charge $20 more! I told her that I was agreed to pay $65 for this style (not to mention they tricked me to belief that they can do it), Gina’s response was the nail technician can’t really speak English .... is that my fault she can’t speak English? I’m sure she understood that I agreed to pay $65. Didn’t want to make a scene so I paid, but definitely won’t be going there again. Unless you don’t mind they charge whatever price at the end, and let you belief they can do something when they can’t, I won’t recommend anyone to go there.

[Update] Nails didn't even last 1.5weeks before they all broke off. Overpriced by far and poor quality.Lovely staff and pretty designs!However it took a long time and overpriced (3hrs+ and over $120) for a set of acrylics with one nail with art. Was a nice new place to try though :)
