I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive feedback on the catering done recently by 1000 Spices. The food was delicious. Milan and Khushiram team were just amazing. Everyone at our function raved about how terrific the food was, and how well catering staff took care of us. Their attention to detail was excellent. Moreover, they are the loveliest humans. It was like being looked after by close friends. I would recommend 1000 Spices for any traditional or modern Indian catering.

We’ve dined in and had takeout here a few times over the last 5 years and always enjoy it. The curries all have their own unique flavours, spices and textures. One of our favourite dishes here is the samosa chaat although think this one is better when you dine in rather than as a takeaway dish. Also really like the paneer burji and chickpea curry. We will be back and would definitely recommend to others.

I'd never go here again, the chefs have no understanding of North Indian food. Maybe they should try to learn the basics of the food beforehand. Our family tried the Nalli Nihari and were sorely disappointed; it was the furthest thing from Nihari any of us have ever tasted. It was closer to crushed tomatoes mixed with hints of salt. We also ordered Lucknawi Pasliya which was actually two pieces of meatless bones with minced lamb! And the cherry on top of all of this is the absurdity of a single piece of PLAIN naan costing $6. To add on, the staff was unengaging and unwelcoming, I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone, you can find significantly better places in the area rather than wasting your time here.

Totally frustrated with the recent experience of food delivered from the restaurant via Menulog. We have ordered chole bhathure and these guys have sent only one bhathura which is stale and seems like prepared yesterday. It was delivered cold and when we have complained regarding the delivery to the owner of the restraunt, she is forcing customer to order again and pay delivery charges again for the same stuff. This is so annoying and unacceptable behaviour from a vendor who does not have courtesy to address customer’s complaint and act on it.

I’ve been eating here for years. Absolutely love it. The flavour is on point every single time. Staff are amazing and quick. I call in advance for the kids meals to be done as soon as we get there. Always hits the spot

Do not dine in. DO NOT dine in.The lady working today on Tuesday 6/03 was so incredibly rude.We were the only ones in the restaurant. We just wanted a nice meal to catch up.From the beginning she kept rushing us to order.Multiple times, she tried to take our plates away before we were done. She rushed to give us the bill. We felt VERY unwelcomed. You're working in an empty restaurant, appreciate the visit. Empty probably for good reason.I have eaten at thousand spices before, multiple times and this is the first time we felt so unwelcomed. The lady also knocked my friends water all over her plate and on the table and didn't even come with some napkins to help clean it.We ordered a drink in an EMPTY restaurant and we had to ask for it midway through the meal because she wasn't bringing it out.We will never be returning or recommending. How awful to be rushed out of a restaurant when you're just trying to enjoy your food and catch up with friends.Next time we'll go next door.

Incredibly disappointing and unhealthy restaurant with poor service. They quoted me 1.5 hours for delivery even though they are nearby. When attempting to cancel right away, they refused to refund and claimed to have the order ready. They were very rude. It took 40 minutes in the end but it was overly spicy even though we specified mild food. I was shocked to also discover insects in the food. Appalling service and a health hazard. Do not waste your money at this nightmare place.
