Archer Park Motel

had such a good experience here. Spotlessly clean. New bedding and carpets. The guys running it are attentive and professional. They go above and beyond. Their steak dinner recommendations were spot on. Thanks for having us!!!

Reception service was great. Had my pup with me and the pet room was clean and sanitised (really appreciated). As I was leaving early I was able to get a continental breakfast , so was able to eat before I got on the road travelling. I will come back next time I'm travelling through

My husband and I don't normally stop between Brisbane and Cairns as both of us are heavy vehicle drivers so every year we just do it in one hit, but this year we opted to stop a couple of times.So glad we came here for the night. After a run from Malanda to Rocky, to be greeted with friendly service, a small cheese platter and a room with the AC already on ready to go, was just so lovely.They then delivered our dinner and desert we ordered to our room promptly and the service was great. Dinner was lovely and the cheesecake was so yummy.Rain shower head is a big plus for me! I love those, and the water was hot. King bed was very comfortable.Room was lovely and clean with all the usual amenities motels offer. Bonus, the laundry is also offered to guests at no extra charge, with washing powder provided!I have stayed at many motels all my life, this is the best by far. We will actually plan to stay here again from now on.Thanks to all the team at Archer Park Motel.

We got the pet friendly room and it is magnificent. Quality interior, comfy bed, huge shower, great TV and close to lots of food options. Little bit of road noise but nothing to keep me awake. Will definitely stay again.

It was SUPER clean, SUPER comfy, our room was pet friendly..A HUGE bonus with doggy water bowls ready, convenient to everywhere, bonus open space behind for dogs to go for a walk on lead, quiet, easy access. Superb hot shower,. Would stay here again anytime and recommend to anyone going up or down Bruce Hwy as a great stop over.

We were grateful for the pet friendly accommodation and the noise was not too bad. Reception staff were amazing. We were able to walk to fast food. The dog uses the area behind the hotel to toilet/walk. The pool was a decent cool down. The room/bathroom is definitely not new but all workable. The reason I marked down was the beds need replacing, they are not very comfortable sadly!

I have long term stay at the Archer Park Motel and my time here is not complete, but I'm so blown away by my positive experience here that I want to leave a review now.The complementary fruit platter was a great start to my booking! The room is tidy and clean, and the lovely housekeeping team consistently keep it that way for me. On top of the general daily housekeeping, the linen has been changed every few days; which I'm very impressed by. Staff are friendly, super helpful and accomdating. If by any chance I have an issue, they sort it out in a timely manner. The meals here are absolutely delicious, seriously to die for. They're that good! Fantastic prices/value for money as they're good portions and filling. The BBQ and pool area is a lovely place to relax in, and the BBQ is easy to use. There is a complementary laundry area. This aspect of my stay made me VERY impressed as most places have machines that need gold coins to work. Plus on top of that, the quality of the complementary washing powder is very, very good. It's cleaned my clothes very well. I've also been VERY impressed by the amount of complementary items you receive in your room, that gets restocked regulary. The complementary bathroom items also go above and beyond what you would expect and they're all really great quality products too!I strongly reccomend you book your stay here, you won't regret it!New owners, Troy and Andrew, do an AMAZING job running the place.Also Shoutout to Blanche and Sharleen, as well as the above mentioned owners, I've been really blown away by your service. Thank you!Also the location is great. It very central to just about everything in Rockhampton. It has saved me alot on fuel.

Great service, friendly and professional. Stayed here with my dog (Great Dane) and felt nothing but welcomed. The room was a good size and dog poo bags were provided. Received a complementary cheese platter on arrival. The motel also has delicious meals available as a room service. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to travel with or without pets.

Our pet friendly room at Archer Park was very spacious with a table and 2 chairs spotlessly clean, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The managers were very nice and helpful. The only downside for us was road noise, being on a main road there was a lot of traffic with trucks etc. However it didn't stop us sleeping and we would recommend Archer Park motel as a conveniently located short stay for other travellers.
