My daughter loves this shop.

Staff were so super helpful and went above and beyond!! We headed in as my daughter spotted “the perfect dress” online she wanted for a friends Quinceanera birthday and it said indro had in-stock. They were working out of their pop up store while waiting for their new store to open so most of their stock was stored further away. They happily arranged for one of their staff or it could’ve actually been the manager? To get a few sizes for my daughter to try on. That’s AMAZING customer service!!!! The girls on the floor/serving had lovely positive attitudes. Keep up the good work ladies xo my daughter is still obsessed with the dress lol We will be back for sure

I find the staff in here too pushy. I feel like they are expecting me to buy the minute I walk in. They ask questions like what is it you are looking for? " When we are just mooching to see what they have in. They need to back off and let the customer browse."

First, most/ all of the sizes on the clothing were either xxs, xs or s, creating a non-inclusive shopping experience. Moreover, the lady serving me was being very rude for an unbeknown reason. As I left the store, her coworker and herself where laugh at me. This is unacceptable behaviour for working in retail and thus making me feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Misses bought a black leopard dress here thanks to the staff.Could be a good thing, could be a bad thing.

Love the clothing however have been disappointed with the service the last two visits. It has taken a very long time to process an online order through the checkout. The first time I attempted took approx 20 minutes only for the cashier to tell me the system was down.

Indooroopilly staff member at counter body shamed another 15 yr old and was so rude to customers including me!

Extremely terrible, disgusting customer services at this shop! Do not shop or return things to this store. The staff is poorly trained, slow, and impolite! Avoid having any interaction with the older brunette woman with a nose piercing at all cost!
