We recently brought my son’s bike in for a service. Max served us when we dropped it off a couple of days early, sent us a message to let us know it was ready to be picked up, and served us again when we attended to pick it up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely lovely to deal with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly, and we will definitely be back!

Damien has been extremely helpful, practical and friendly and his product knowledge is exceptional. He sold us 2 ebikes and accessories and encouraged us to test ride bikes at home extensively before we sent them interstate for use up there. Ric helped us choose a first time electric bike. Store was very well equipped with a huge range of products, however, that wasn't the main take away from the experience. Shout out to Wolf the bloke who served me. He was very genuine and made great efforts to ensure I got what I was after, provided great value for money too on my purchase.
