This is a fantastic, well equipped, well maintained gym with awesome, knowledgeable staff. Being private means you have the entire gym to yourself or your private group. Regardless of your experience this place has you covered.

First gym I have ever gone to and felt 100% comfortable. Professional advice, amazing equipment and an environment which not only promotes health/fitness but learning as well. The only gym I will ever go to in Grafton.
