This is more of an informative post for someone trying to figure out when to get to the centre for testing.I reached the venue at 7:45AM, the centre opens at 8AM. There was already a long queue with no clear guidelines how to join the queue.I drove around and joined the queue (so I thought), after being in the queue for 30 mins, I was told (by the police) that they are not accepting anymore people at the time.Plan accordingly.

2nd best clinic for covid testing aside from the one in Waverly St, Bondi. Every time I've had pcr test done at this clinic - results in under 6hrs without fail just like the Waverly St clinic.. And that includes my family members also. Great staff friendly and professional.

I have been waiting for over 72 hours since I got my COVID-19 test at this clinic. When I was tested I told the person administering the test that I have had two positive rapid tests and live with a health worker. The test ought to have been processed as a priority. When I called the support number trying to follow up they have disabled it. I managed to get through to speak to someone once and they said we must have lost your test in a great big pile of COVID tests". I am still waiting for my results."

I come here every three days and each time the staff are always friendly and the service is great! Shout out to my regular swabbers Norgan and Maria. They are absolutely great!

I'm coming every Sunday drive through for a covid test as I am an essential worker. The nurses are amazing super smiling and nice. The service is also super quick, always less than 5 minutes which is super important for me as I'm working a lot. Great service. If you've got to do a covid test please go there.

I went for my covert test Friday morning 17th December. On Monday 20th I rang their help desk Message said all calls are terminated, send an email. I have sent three emails no response. It’s now 22nd and I’m into my 6th day without any responseObvious that management have not addressed people and processes in delivering what they supposed to.
