The Anchor In
Quaint, clean and tidy unit over-looking the most spectacular view of the beach and Dunk Island. The bbq/entertaining area was more than sufficient for our catch-up with friends and family, and best of all we could safely watch the kids in the pool or on the beach from its vantage point. The location is perfect for families, as we were within walking distance of a lovely restaurant, a take away/cafe, jet ski, boat, kayak and fishing gear hire, paddle board hire and the protected beach swimming area of the 'stinger nets'. We also enjoyed a lovely buffet meal at the Mission Beach Resort thanks to their courtesy bus. We will definitely be back to stay at the Anchor Inn, the on-site caretaker was lovely and very helpful.
