Enormous shout-out and acknowledgement for OJ Networks and its support team. I reached out to them on the off chance that they could help me resolve an issue (a Telstra Apps purchase made on my behalf by OJ Networks in Oct 2016 for Office 365) involving a subscription for Office 365 on my new computer. Amazingly, Victoria got back to me straightaway and started the ball rolling via a series of email exchanging, before handing me over to Nik, who created the solution. So many times we can be waved-off and OJ Networks could have done so (especially with 6 years having transpired), but not in this case. ruly exemplary and astounding service. This company has fixed two of my computers very quickly and cheaply. I can highly recommend their service and friendly helpful attitude. They even got my dying 14 yo MacBook back up and running and working faster than it ever has! These guys are the best ever.
