The price was better than your competitors and the shipping was reasonable. My order arrived in about 4 days.

I bought a floor mopping robot from them and they refuse to refund it as it's a useless piece of junk. The model I purchased has since been removed from their website. They charged me an exorbedent amount for overnight express postage and even that took multiple days before it turned up. Complete disappointment from the beginning. I would not recommend them at all to anyone.Staff take their time responding to emails and when they do they are rude and arrogant.

I bought an ANewPow lithium battery for my Roomba 770 from Australia Robotic. The first positive is probably the lighter weight, contributes to work a longer term which is over two hours daily. My Roomba 770 works with this battery, the self-discharge is also much lower.The second positive is, after almost four weeks without charge and use, the battery management has put the battery into the sleep mode, so that the Roomba can not record electricity for its clock and so on. Two Ni-MH batteries were broken for because of the deep discharge, while I was on holiday. Due to the own battery management in this battery, there is no longer a deep discharge.It's necessary for my Roomba while I am during a longer absence, or leave it at the charging station to leave.Is recommended!

Purchased XV Series 4400 mAh Li-ion Batteries to replace my dead ones in my Neato XV pro. Also purchased a couple of 2 meter boundary markers as they always are needed to result in a successful smooth operation of the cleaner. The parts got to me quickly at no cost. The batteries are a step up from the originals with a far noticible improvement in endurance. They last at least twice as long before recharge, if not more, than the originals. Thanks guys and well done.

I actually love cleaning windows! But since I have had a back opeation this pleasure is now denied me! So I purchased the Hobot from Australia Robotic and have put him to work. What an excellent product - works like a charm and I think he does a better job than I could - and that's saying something. Also Australia Robotic is a most reliable seller. I have purchased from them before and they are prompt and efficient. All round a happy customer.

You can't trust a word they say. They will keep on changing stories to cheat you. I could not save their chat. When I asked, they said take a screen shot and will send a reply paid label. They then changed that you deal with Paypal. They promised that the products are original but supplied after market. Then they said it is manufactured in the same factory.
