Mouthwater Sourdough
What can one say, these are beatiful loaves in the northern European tradition. Sourdough cultures are notoriously difficult to work with, so only the true artisan can coax out the subtle tangy flavour without over fermenting. The crusts have a nutty crackle, and the crumb shows a network of wonderfully patterned holes. Nothing gaping here, plenty of room to slather whatever takes your fancy.

Wow, just found my new sourdough bakery! Loved all 3 loaves I bought; the Ancient Grains was amazing but the piece de resistance was the Fig, Olive & Rosemary. Looking forward to trying their other flavours soon.
