Incredibly rude treatment by a white woman with a blonde bob (‘Dawn’ on her name tag) on Saturday 8th October. As they were opening the store, staff had perplexed looks on their faces trying to unsuccessfully open the front doors and, as they weren’t opening, we pointed to the floor because from our side we could see there was a bolt into the concrete that was preventing them opening. After seeing our gesture, Dawn walked around the doors and told us off, snapping at us indignantly that they knew how to open their own doors! (How dare we try to be friendly and helpful) Ironically, she obviously had no clue how the doors worked, or that the bolt was there, evident from how much trouble she was having with them. Incredibly bizarre treatment to customers who were just being regular people trying to help out, and with only a gesture to the ground at that. When I replied to her saying “sorry, we were just trying to help, not tell you how to do your job” how easy it would have been for her to salvage the interaction! Instead, Dawn just puckered up her lips and didn’t reply. Such hostile, odd and stand offish behaviour to anyone, let alone customers! Small interaction with Dawn but it was so nasty that it made us not want to come to the store ever again or give them money. Perhaps she was having a bad morning? Not really an excuse for that sort of behaviour. I’m guessing any positive reviews of customer service from this store would be from other staff members. Would avoid this store if you are in the area. You could get better treatment literally anywhere else. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I like shopping online at Kitchenwarehouse so I do love visiting the store at the valley and having a browse. Cooking demos are fun too. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, so in store is a good option however the online range and specials are quite comparable and competitive.

I like this shop however I notice that the tag prices aren't match with the final purchase. I bought a woden Acacia bowl which was tagged for $7.95 but in the receipt it is $11.48 and I didn't notice that at store.Also, there was a offer for buying two loaf pans for $15 and again it was full price at final purchase, I mentioned it to the cashier and she changed the price.It is really annoying since I need to go back to the store for the wooden bowl

This place is a scam.Over price items. You could take any item and find it cheaper 500m away. For example, I wanted to purchase a bin. They had a stainless steel bin for ~$300. The exact bin, serial, and size were offered at bunnings, not even 1km away for $80. It was the same package and everything.

Great product selection and prices! Huge discounts in the Boxing day sale. The customer service is second to none. Personalised and prompt service by a company representative on Boxing day after we made an error in an online order. Can highly recommend this company.

Love this shop. Huge range and always very friendly team members. Great brands and good prices. I pop in whenever I am in the area just for a look.

Good range of kitchen items. The store is large than initially thought.Found some good specials to help kit out the new kitchen - from crockery to other gadgets.Staff seemed quite busy doing things so we waited for a little time at the counter before being able to purchase, but when the man served us her was a gem.Will be returning to pick up some more of the eco friendly recycled plastic tea towels - they are so absorbent! (I don’t understand how they work… but they do!)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and was very knowledgeable of te products in store.

I came here to buy a chef’s torch, to my surprise they have all kinds of kitchenware! I wish I owned a restaurant then I could try many products here.
