Terrible customers service! I purchased an item from the store that turned out to be the wrong size. I was not offered a receipt at the time of purchase. I attempted to take the item back later that day. The staff and then later manager refused to allow me to return the item even though it had clearly been purchased from their store with their price tags on it. I also showed the manager the transaction on my bank account. He still refused to allow me to return the item. I have never received such disappointing customer service. I will not shop there again.

Worst customer service I have ever received, went in with my two little sister and the staff where absolutely horrible to them telling them to not touch and put stuff back when they were touching purely just asking me to get them this for Christmas. Will not return and make sure my friends and family our aware of the unfriendliness of this business

Huge variety of ALL things. If Coles doesn’t have it Go Dollars does. Love this store, offers far more than any other store in this category and am glad they are coming up to moggill!
