The Lookout Resort

Amazing resort, awesome location with stunning views from the deluxe ocean view room. The room was so well equipped with everything you could need to complete your holiday. Comfortable beds & pillows, washing machine & drier plus washing detergent & stain remover, dishwasher, stereo, dvd player, coat hangers, blankets, cushions, sun lounges, air con, undercover parking, pool, heated spa and more. We had the best time here, the walk down to the beach & Hastings Street is lovely. Or its a short drive Noosa Junction Plaza & restaurants on Sunshine Beach Road. Thanks so much! Can't wait to come back.

Amazing views in a very quiet location. We stayed in apartment 20 and were extremely happy and comfortable. The apartment is very nicely furnished with amazing windows to take in the views. Our hosts were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Located close to Noosa Junction and Hastings st. The reef hotel is around the corner. Definitely worth a visit and will return.

We just had a lovely stay at the Lookout. We were in unit 7 (deluxe garden view with 3 bedrooms). Apartment was massive and really well equipped. Fantastic location with only a short walk to Hastings St or the Noosa Junction. Chris couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, and the after hours check-in instructions were spot on. A real highlight was sitting in the spa at dusk when the bats were flying around.Only slight drawback was that the apartment was pretty dark. This was because we were on the ground floor facing East so were hidden by trees. Didn't affect our stay and could be easily remedied by booking an ocean view apartment or a room on a higher floor.Will definitely be back.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place for 5 nights. Chris was an absolute delight to deal with not to mention how impressed we were when we received a phone call after checking out that one of us had accidentally left behind some very valuable jewellery, the honesty and ethic displayed was very much appreciated.The location is fantastic, the rooms are well maintained and very clean, we were lucky enough to have a room with outstanding views and the sunset was amazing.Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We payed more to get an apartment with a view and it was lovely the view and the apartment.The location for us was great because everything we wanted was in walking distance.But for this we payed a lot more and thats ok if it hadn’t been so dirty and I mean months and months of unclean surfaces , dead flys bugs,builtup dust ,grease all over theKitchen.I told the gentleman on the counter that the room wasn’t clean he was polite and not happy about my complaint. someone was sent to clean she stayed about 15 mins in one bathroom the whole time then left .made no difference bathroom still disgusting .Would not recommend anyone stay there in that condition .I don’t know if all the apartments we’re in the same conditionPhotos attached but it’s really hard to show in a photo how bad this was .

We just stayed at the lookout resort and we were overwhelmed with the size of the apartment. We stayed with our adult daughters and two granddaughters and cannot fault the place. We were greeted beautifully and given 3 sets of keys so we could all go out individually. The walk down to town and the beach was beautiful through the trees and the walk back meant we could finish every night with gelato. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and extremely quiet. It had no vacancy while we were there but still felt like we had the place to ourselves. We cannot wait to come back.

Very nice location, walking distance to needed shops and restaurants.Could be cleaned better, floors to be mopped well, balcony as well.Had 2 beach towels for a 6 bed apartment would of been nicer to have it all available rather than having to ask as well as limited packets of washing powder for dishwasher.Older couple at reception could of smiled and been more polite toMyself and family. Kills the mood of our holiday a bit.Fantastic view overlooking the beach and lagoon, tidy well landscapes area. Great that you can’t hear other people through the walls or floors.Rather pleasant stay, just expected a little more of a finishing touch for a apartment after paying over $3000.

Never been checked into a room that had a serious mould problem before, but that's what happened to our family last Tuesday at Noosa Lookout 'Resort'. All the window blinds were covered in mould spots and the bathroom ceiling was super gross. Foul stench of mould in the room. Have never experienced this in all my years of travelling, not even in third world countries. Manager 'upgraded' us to a room that had a magical view and no mould, but the room was dirty - inside cupboards, benches, floors etc. Plus the wooden room divider was being held together with sticky tape. When I spoke with the Manager at the end of our stay, he didn't want to hear any negative feedback. Properties like this give Noosa a bad name. 1 star for room, 1 star for the view, 0 stars for customer service.

Spotlessly clean, so spacious, quality appliances, comfortable bed, big smart tv, 2 bathrooms, great view, nice heated pool warm enough to swim in June on a sunny day. Management friendly and helpful. Secure undercover parking, elevator to rooms for heavy luggage. Great walk into town along nature path. Just a great place to stay.

Really liked the resort. Apartments are spacious and comfortable, but could use a bit more work to add a bit of charm. Pool and jacuzzi are great. Walking distance to both the Junction and Hastings Street, but might be a bit of an effort in the humidity of summer.Views from the balcony are a great bonus.
