The massage and float experience were 10/10 on their own. But the people, Tim, Lynne and Sam were beautiful people - and for that I'd give them a higher score if I could!If you're looking to treat yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend right here.

For relaxation and restorative practices, go here. I have a monthly membership for a float and a salt therapy session, and I love it. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommended.

It’s relaxing just to walk through the doors here!We love the sauna and also the compression therapy.Staff are lovely and friendly.We will continue to be regular visitors.

The Private Sea Wellness Centre
I make an effort to float at least once a fortnight here. I've tried a couple of other places that offer float therapy and The Private Sea is easily the best.The NormaTec recovery system which they added recently is excellent. Perfect for after gym workouts or runners.Tim & Lynne have created a fantastic float centre, I can't recommend it enough. Give them a call.

The Private Sea Wellness Centre
Perfect recharge.I experienced the package of a float, sauna and time in the salt room. I walked into the building agitated and left floating and feeling fully charged. The host took brilliant care of me, escorting me between the experiences and I was left to take my time and to wash and change without being rushed. It was a really peaceful and inviting environment.A recommended experience- especially for busy mamma’s who need to be forced to have self care time.

Great service and lovely environment. After using the salt rooms my lungs feel amazing. Is a lovely restful experience and helps with my little ones rattling chest.

The Private Sea Wellness Centre
Highly recommend the salt therapy. Helped me with sinusitis and respiratory clearing after recovering from a cold. The room itself is aesthetically pleasing, relaxing and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
