Almassi Light and Heavy Mechanical

First time going to these guys and I will be back. Great service from the 2 brothers that run the shop. I felt very comfortable with there level of expertise and professionalism. The bill was even cheaper then they had quoted me. The boys where more then happy to run me to the local train station in the morning and picked me up in the arvo so I could get to work. Best of all the car went in for brake repairs both front and rear, came out with a car wash and a interior clean aswell all free of charge. I didn't even ask for that saved me hours on the weeknd. Being an old bloke it's so good to see the old fashioned service back again. These 2 brothers are unreal they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I took the car in few months back even though the boys where flat out from what I saw cars all over the street. They took 15 minutes of there time to talk to me and diagnose what was wrong with my car.Now that I have some money I have taken the car to the boys to get the repair done they happily drove me home and picked me up once the job was done. Now being old I don't have much money so I shopped around and these guys gave me a very good price. I'm so happy with there service I hope all mechanics could be like these guys no bull and get the job done first time. Even gave the car a wash 10 out of 10 thanks boys will always be bringing my cars to you. Almassi light and heavy you guys are the best.

Terrible Service, We recently took one of our cars here to get the brakes replaced and now they are squeaky and and don't work very well. Before that we took our other car to get repaired and the Radiator and Intercooler are broken due to their repairs" and they also stuck stickers all over our vehicles without our consent. I recommend not going here because of the terrible service

Early days. Campervan broke down at night. Brothers came over at 8pm to assess the vehicle on the road. He and his brother speak well, explain clearly, they appear very motivated and keen to help and offer genuine service. . . They even returned a second time after leaving because I had some further info to give them.In short excellent customer service and communication from both brothers who appear very genuine and sincere.I will book my van in with them to be repaired... And will feedback further after the repair.I don't usually give feedback... But these guys took the time,really out of hours, and provided service and honest communication in a friendly sincere manner that is lacking in many industries today. So thank you.

Very friendly staff, never had any issues with my car after a service. Great customer service, they go out of their way to wash my car. Approachable boss, easy to talk to and gets the job done.Would highly recommend Almassi light and heavy. If I could give 10/10 stars I would.

I have been going to Almassi light and heavy mechanical for 7 years now and I have had no problems with them at all. They are well priced, honest and will always try go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!
