Very slow and the lady is just taking her time (15min) per patient. Better go to Rockingham or if you decide to come here anyway just come early and have lots of patience.

The only issue is the wait time, on the weekend it can be quite busy. Thankfully the day I went there were 2 staff on so I waited around 30-35 minutes. Doctor was nice, no issues there!

Had my pregnant partner turn up to the clinipath just before 12. I'm away and she has only public transport atm to rely on. Was kicked out of the clinic because they were going on a lunch break which wasn't till 12:30-1. And to come back tomorrow. The whole time the person there was rude and angry at her. She was willing to wait till the lunch break was over as it wasn't easy getting there and still this was dismissed. If opening hours are till 4. Why the hell is my partner kicked out and refused service while still being 4 hours before actual closing time.

The older lady with the grey hair (she never told me her name) was very rude. On two occasions now I've had her and both times she made me feel like I was wasting her time (both times were for very common blood tests). I won't go back there again if I can help it.

If I could I would give zero stars. Lost my blood...how do you lose blood??? Got a call saying i never went in for said blood test, this was after having to go back in because they didnt take enough blood in the first place. So now have to wait even longer for results due to the negligence of staff. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Please don't provide a service one week them deny it the next..I came in and had a blood form printed out by reception no issues..now 2 weeks later I come in to do the sane thing and you tell me you won't print it out. Exact same ask..2 different answers, it's frustrating when you can get your reception on the same page!!

The ladies here are great considering there is only 2 of them and they always have a busy waiting room. I've been numerous times over the past 5 years and can't fault them.
