I'll give the one star to the older lady that was very polite, other than that the whole team were rude and careless, worst service ever and didn't even fix my electronical fault which they charged me for, I'll never go back. It's a shame. Charged me a arm and leg for not much results.

Needed a new wheel bearing. The mechanic asked if I wanted a price and I said yes, he told me $414. When I picked up the car, the price was $111 more expensive than quoted. The quote did not apparently include the price of the labour or GST. I complained about this and the mechanic said sorry that I misunderstood him and that it was the price of the part only. Why would I only want to know the price of the part? And why not be honest and explicit that it was for the part only. Seems to be more deceitful than a misunderstanding of my fault. I won’t be visiting again.

Excellent service and communication. Friendly staff who did an excellent job. Will definitely go back to this place when the time comes.
