Strap of my mask broke so ran in to quickly grab one waiting by the door never seen someone more stressed at the counter .. and I clearly said I was after a mask. I understand the regulations around mask wearing but can we not be compassionate in these times? Obviously not

Totally lovely experience being attended to by staff here. Always wanting to help in anyway they can. In times of illness or stress they go out of their way to assist customers and manage to put a smile on the face of the stressed. These smaller local pharmacies are miles ahead of the BIG guys and their kowledge of medications and stock 100%. Thanks to you all

So so rude, have had a couple of run ins with this store. Front cashier, old bigger lady with grey hair, basically just glares at you when you walk in and invariably snaps at you about something. Not worth the stress, go elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible. Pharmacist refused to certify a document for me because they prefer not to on weekends. I looked around and only one other customer was in the store. I put back the products I was going to buy and went to Chemist Warehouse where they happily helped me.

It was the first time I visited this place, I know it's a hard situation but I just had to get a few personal items ,one of the personal shopper stopped me right after I crossed the door , in the most rudest way possible asked me what I want? I replied I just need to check a few things this person told me I was just allowed to be in her! Store 10 minutes , not complaining about just the way this person kicked me out of the place . Never comming back
