Todds Hi-Fi

An excellent company. Efficient staff who really look after you and deliver fast. One set of speakers I ordered was out of stock, and I was called right away to ask if I wanted to wait a few weeks, or they would upgrade me to much better speakers for only $50 instead of the $200+ that the difference would normally be. I upgraded and am very happy.

I purchased a Subwoofer online at a great sale price. It arrived quickly, exactly as described. Would highly recommend Todd's.

Recently purchased a B&W system from the friendly team. I was welcomed with a smile. The gentleman that helped me gave me a great price first up without me asking. Saved around $ 1,500 when comparing the quote to competitors. Will be back again

Popped in and seen the team locally to discuss a multi zone house speaker system before embarking on a new build in 2019. The build took far longer than anticipated and the speaker system was forgotten about during construction. As it was in regional QLD (we had since left Brisbane) I was stoked to see Todd’s Hi-Fi provided postage, due to their competitive pricing and fantastic customer service I have since purchased and installed a system to suit our needs which we are really happy with.I would highly recommend these guys/ gals as their customer service is exceptional and they really take the time to understand your needs and help package a great system at great prices!

I bought the Yamaha ns-444 center speaker from this store and I am very happy with my purchase. The speaker arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged. The sound quality is amazing and it matches well with my other speakers. The price was also very reasonable compared to other stores. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on audio equipment.

Knowing nothing of Hi-Fi, but knowing when music sounds good, I needed decent advice. Todds staff were generous and accurate with theirs. No hint of salesmanship, and the result was superb. The CD player they sold is excellent, and arrived in 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend the company enough. From the first time I called till the moment I left the store, I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond and gave me the best deal they could and they know their stuff. Special props to Bradd Kelly as this man is a credit to the business. If your in the area, they guys are hard to beat on price, customer service, and friendliness, and patience.Thanks for all your help guys. If i need any Hi-Fi tech, your my first choice.

Nothing negative to say here. Like the website for product searching, review and selection. Easy to order online. Amazingly quick delivery (who doesn't want their new toys to come quickly!)... and so far I'll like the Yamaha speakers I bought. A good all round expereince.

Disappointed with Todds Hi Fi.I purchased a pair of EZ-60 Technics headphones for $260 on April 6, 2023, only to receive a tampered package. I immediately contacted the company for an exchange, and they asked me to mail back the earbuds, which I did promptly.Although they eventually sent me a new pair, I encountered further problems with their promised refund of $10 for the $20 shipping costs I incurred. They gave me the excuse that I had paid for additional insurance, signature on delivery, and a parcel box, which are all reasonable costs. However, it's been over a month since my initial request, and I still haven't received the $10 refund that they promised me.The fact that I haven't even received a partial refund of the shipping costs despite being promised one is incredibly frustrating. It's now May 13, 2023, and this issue has taken up far too much of my time and energy. I regret doing business with Todds Hi Fi and would not recommend them to anyone.
