Mermaid Waters Dental Surgery

I visited today to get a clean and checkup, Dr Ana was fantastic! She was gentle, informative, lovely personality and all in all made me feel comfortable with the process. Her dental assistant was brilliant too!A big shout out to the reception staff who were so friendly, happy and very helpful. Prices were reasonable too.I’ll be back to get some more work done soon!

Avoid at all cost. I only went in for a filling and they cracked my tooth in the process, now I'll need to pay for a crown out of my own money.

Worst and most unprofessional dentist I have ever come across! Came into an appointment in a lot of pain and asked to be checked out, didn’t even get a hello by the male dentist Richard when I was brought into my appointment, I sat in the dentist chair for less then two minutes of him checking my mouth out and wasn’t given an answer on what was wrong and was sent out to be finished. The only enjoyable experience was the front desk ladies who helped me out with what will help the pain as I was almost in tears and they then recommended me to go and get a proper x ray of my mouth done at q scan and hand it back to the dentist which I did and was told they would ring me back in ten minutes of handing it in and I had to call up myself six hours later to find out what was happening as I was in excruciating pain just to be told there was “nothing wrong” so I went to another dentist the next day who told me my wisdom teeth were infected and needed to be removed immediately. Will never be going back.

Since the very first phone call I made to the clinic to the end of my treatment the staff made me feel so comfortable and has been very caring and informative.This practice definitely goes the extra mile to satisfy their clientele.Special mention to Lucy for the attention to details and the efforts she puts in to make your treatment an enjoyable experience. Definitely deserves a raise!Will definitely be back when needed!
