Thanks Steve and Kirsten. These guys have got some amazing experience and qualifications, and I instantly felt comfortable they knew how to fix me! Wouldn't use any other physio on the central coast now I have found them. Highly recommend.

Went as a walk-in (I was away from home and couldn't visit my normal physio) and was extremely impressed with the experience and service on offer. A very hands on approach and received some useful advice on work-from-home practices which I'll be implementing. Highly recommended.

Steve and Kirsten are both highly qualified and experienced having run their own practice in the UK for a number of years. They are also knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach to physio, and constantly evolving their treatments to respond to changing practices and developments. I also find them both to be good communicators, simplifying the explanation of the issue and the required treatment process.

I want to take a moment and call out these guys as the best physios i have ever been too, I moved up from Sydney early this year and needed a Physio to fix this broken man and finding Steve has been fantastic. Steve's level of skill and professionalism is 10/10, not only did he treat the actual pain but found the source and fixed that as well, also offered up smart tips on how to prevent it coming back and exercises to help strengthen.

Steven is extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable physio. I've found him to clear regarding instruction during consultations as well as with follow up. It helps that he brings experience from the UK as well so you're not getting the exact same consult as every other physio on the coast.
