Fantastic customer service! All the staff seem friendly, but Angus was next level awesome. He was passionate about bikes and explained everything so well. Din’t try to upsell unnecessary stuff. Highly recommended.

The service is a cut above from this bike shop! We purchased a scooter for our 5 yo daughter for Christmas online, with delivery to ACT. We placed order late November and was dispatched the next day, however due to the floods etc the delivery was delayed on only arrived on the 22nd December. Throughout December, they were checking with Aust Post expected on delivery times and communicated with us frequently. We really appreciated the proactiveness and glad our money went to them in the end and didn't need to return. Would shop here again :)

The team at Georges have always been super helpful. They did a great job a mountain bike I recently purchased and rebuild both wheels with new spokes and niples. They fixed my scooters in the past and never turned down a tricky job. Best customer service and know there stuff.

Incredible customer service, pricing and knowledge on offer from the entire team. I felt welcomed from the start, and was treated with respect throughout. Their commitment doesn't end once you purchase the bike; every feature was explained in detail, including how to take care of the bike and even setting up the suspension with me. Needless to say, I was speechless - the level of care on show here is truly incredible to see. I will be sure to return in the future.A big thank you again to everyone at Georges Bike Shop.
