My experience here was pretty negative. The psychologist I saw seemed like she had chosen a diagnosis before I'd even introduced myself and interpreted everything I said in a way to support that diagnosis instead of listening to what I was actually saying. My GP - a qualified psychiatrist - described said diagnosis as absurd."I was also told that it would cost a hundred and something dollars for her to write a letter for either my GP or my university

The physio therapist was very nice anf very caring .. i would definitely recommend - they listen to everything and explain everythimg when u ask questions and i felt better already after 2 visits

My friend had a really bad experience here. Psych made her feel patronised and gave ridiculous advice. Very frustrating. Clinic seems nice though and she says reception was lovely.

Natalia James was awful. Very rude and lacking empathy. Just constantly criticising me without giving useful suggestions to improve. Do not recommend.

I first came to therapy three plus years ago of my own volition. At the time, I didn't have a real understanding of what I was embarking on given I came from a family and culture whose mental health stigma impacted whether a family member seeks mental health services and treatment. Through Mary's help and support and my own self-imposed reading regiment, which have both helped me remain committed to treatment, I've grown to experience therapy as a game changer.Mary Bonich earned my trust and respect which she demonstrated from day one through her professionalism and skilfulness. I tell her often she's chosen a difficult profession, and I couldn't do what she does, but boy was I relieved to find her because she's proven to be dedicated and invested in the process of helping people, and in my own personal experience she's effective and I look forward to our appointment because of how I'm being treated.It's important to also mention the staff at the clinic who have been warm, helpful and welcoming which has made the entire process so much easier.

Name says everything.Im very complicated and picky person but Im very happy that i chose that clinic + Psychologist Natalia James is very proffessional. My life quality has improved alot tho i still have long way to go.
