Can’t recommend Karen at OMF Mackay enough, she was so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and really helpful! I was comfortable enough to really lay on the mattresses not just have a quick sit because she encouraged me to try them out. Karen talked me through the pros and cons of each mattress I looked at, made the choice really easy! 10/10 would recommend.

I wish all shopping experiences were like the one we had at OMF, from the start to finish it was a breeze. We described the type of mattress we wanted to Kaye and because of her knowledge she directed us straight to the Mandalay Bay mattress and we were instantly in love. We brought it then and there. Chris was so welcoming as well every time we went in to pay off our mattress. We now have our mattress it is like dream, beyond happy. So a big thank you to Kaye and Chris from OMF Mackay, will definitely recommend to everyone

What a good store this OMF! Their friendly staff Chris helped us purchasing the best mattress for our big family. We got a super king mattress and I was surprised how cheap was the delivery! We even got a mattress protector as a gift.

We went to omf today looking for a mattress for our son. Karen was so helpful and friendly we had looked around at other places and this was by far the best customer service we had out of all of the places we had been it was a great experience. We can't wait to get home and set up our little boys room for him with his new mattress.
