Sparkle Cleaning

I purchased a groupon for the service.2 hours for $69. It's actually 1 hour with 2 people. But that was fine.I had them vacuum. Which looked great. I had them do the bathroom and the kitchen. Well, that's where things ended up not so good. Frankly, the results meant that I will now have to do everything they did again. The glass has dry water spots. The shower was as clean as if someone had just had a shower, so not difference. There are a few corners with some scum build up that they didn't move. Which can be scrubbed off quite easily. They dusted the window, but there are dust clumps in the corner. I know they mopped the bathroom and kitchen floor, but I don't know if they used anything aside from water. There is a bit of sticky tape stuck to the floor that they didn't remove, just mopped over. They didn't clean the edges of the floor. One of them asked for bicarb soda, and instead of sprinkling it out. Put her wet hand in it. So now that can't be used for cooking. Will need to get another container of it. I feel bad leaving this review because the ladies were very nice. But I will not use again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We paid for an exit clean and got smeary windows, dusty mirrors, dirty floors and doors. The clean was very basic with lots of areas missed. The cleaners spent half the time at the home we were quoted for and unwilling to accept any responsibility for the inferior job.Look at their poor Facebook, Google, Groupon etc reviews as many clients say the same thing.Their business will not last unless they learn to... clean.
