Went for a rare treat of ice-cream. Whilst extensive range most chocolate and Carmel varieties. Only one non dairy option. No old favourites like vanilla and macadamia.Staff fantastic but range a little sad.

Great place to stop for an amazing ice cream. Friendly helpful staff that seem like she enjoys working there.So many options for flavours and was offered to try a flavour before choosing. Was suggested a smaller kids two scoop so I could get two ice cream choices. Great idea for a smaller eater line myself.

We pulled in at 9:50 pm on new year's eve, and the shop was packed inside and out, the staff were so friendly and helpful even though they were truly exhausted. 5stars for customer service and 5 stars clr quality.Well done ❤

Decided I wanted an ice coffee, go in at 9:30 so 30 minutes before closing time. Asked the young girl didn’t say anything but proceeded to pretty much smash the blender on the counter. Then the older lady informed me that apparently 30 minutes before they close they don’t make drinks, had the informed that with some sort of signage I wouldn’t have ordered it. Instead of being rude and making customer feel uncomfortable for order something advertise you don’t make drinks. I’d understand if it was 10 minutes before closing but 30 minutes I didn’t think it would be a problem. Wasn’t happy with the service at all.

1 Stars for poor quality.I ordered Macadamia Nut n Cream, I usually have this flavour and have had it a hundred times and different brands. This is my favourite flavour.Macadamia Nut n Cream from BR was not at all the same what I received. This had plain vanilla ice cream mixed as it has the same texture, I think I was fooled. Wondering if others has had similar experience.Staff did say they will change the cup but still, I feel I was fooled.

You have the same flavours as when I was 10 years old. I’m 30 now and your shop is still on the same spot. Still has my favourite flavours selling and I love it. Thank you. I’m from Yeppoon and on more then one occasion I’ve come to rocky just for the ice cream craves.

Fast service and quality ice cream. We found they were missing a few of the popular go-to flavours but we were still satisfied with the ones we chose, inside of the store wouldn't be suited to a large group.
