Swan Childcare & Kindergarten - Ringwood

I would highly recommend this day care as when you walk in and you’ll get good vibes straight away and just the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness and layout of the rooms is impeccable!I’m normally quiet fussy in trusting just anywhere for a day care but I’m so happy I was able to find Swan day care. I really appreciate the constant updates and clear communication. Thank you.

Childcare needs to be a nurturing environment where my child can thrive and be listened to and loved when I can't.My first child when to another childcare in North Ringwood which I loved but unfortunately they changed ownership over the course of 7yrs and it became unpleasant so I had to go shopping for a new place for my daughter.When swan childcare opened in Ringwood I was sceptical because they were new to the area. However it has been the MOST PLEASANT surprise.The directors and centre management are polite, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication is gentle and open and transparent and care is tailored to the needs to the child. The owner checks in frequently to keep tabs and this says a lot! (aka he actually cares!!).My child is always happy after leaving, constantly comes home with new things she has learnt. This place has been a blessing to us during the challenges of the last 18months. They pick up where you can't and the thing I love to see most is that the educators never hate being there. They are always bubbly and engaging and never acting bored or like the job is monotonous. The cuddle my child and provide her with individualised care to suit our family needs.

The staff and teachers at Swan childcare are well trained and very professional. My daughter has learnt so much in the time that she has been there and comes home everyday with a smile on her face! I would recommend this centre to anyone in the area. They're truly loving and caring towards the children.

Great new place clean and friendly enviroment, The staff at Swan are excellent. They are very attentive to the children's needs. The food is delivered fresh daily & the kids really seem to enjoy it. Special dietary requirements are not a problem.

Had a great experience working with Swan childcare. Started placements here and Got to work for almost a year and a half. Swan childcare delivers a high quality curriculum, engaging and nurturing children by giving them new activities and creative experiences each and every day, providing nutritious meal, excellent indoor and outdoor facilities and a clean, safe environment according to standards. The staffs showed so much of love and care to all the children. Had such a good experience working there and learnt so much in such a short period of time. Swan childcare is absolutely amazing. As a first time mum heading back to full time work, I was nervous about finding the perfect centre for my daughter. The staff at swan put me at ease. The professionalism from the educators is of a high standard and my daughter absolutely loves it.

I have worked in childcare for many years however Swan Childcare has been the most professional workplace. The management team look after all staff & children at a very high standard.

Our daughter attended this centre for about 3 years. Great manager, friendly and caring staff, and new building made it a great place for our daughter. The manager is very friendly, supportive and caring. I really appreciate all the staff here especially Nasim.

My son has attended Swan since he was about 2, we moved him across to Swan as he needed a childcare that wasn't over crowded and was brand new at the time. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable, my son felt very welcomed from the beginning and didn't take him long to adjust at all. I love all the craft, songs and activities the educators do throughout the day. My younger daughter is still attending. I have recommended this childcare to my friend and family.
