I couldn't fault anything about the yoga classes at South Coast Soul- the studio is beautiful and always lovingly prepared for the class, the equipment is good quality, the atmosphere is peaceful and uplifting and the teachers deliver a fabulous class, they are experienced, thorough and caring. A 5 star little Vincentia jewel, thank you!

I've been a couple of times now and the classes have been very relaxing, the yoga teachers are very confident, knowledgeable and kind. The yin classes leave you floating out of the door. ☯️

A welcoming, inclusive studio that caters to all students. The studio itself is a beautiful space. The teachers are clearly well-trained and supportive. Tea on arrival and essential oil temple massage at end of lesson are lovely touches. Love this place.

Every visit to south coast soul is a wonderful experience, I have been welcomed warmly by Jenny, Mel and Charlie and their smiling faces are a pleasure to see each visit. The space is relaxed and I really appreciate the effort each of them have put in to helping me improve my mobility and strength. I'm very much looking forward to being much more regular over the next few months. Dane.
