Our family were regular customers but will no longer be spending our money at this business. Today we were served by a staff member who was nothing short of unprofessional, rude and had no pride in his work. Will definitely be finding a new local butchers to support.

Visiting a friend in Marybrough and this butcher was recommended, I’m so glad it was the gentleman serving was so happy and friend good old fashioned service and the steak I picked up just melts in the mouth. Will definitely be popping back in next time I’m in town :-)

Poor customer skills especially the female staff member. I was in the shop alone and she stated she was to busy to package my meat as I would like.
