There are multiple reviews for this venue detailing the rudeness of the staff.Particularly the young tattooed lady.I think they’ve undersold it.She is a rude, argumentative, disparaging, belligerent, condescending and customer service challenged nincompoop.Unequivocally she is the daughter of the owner as that is the only possible explanation for her retaining gainful employment at this appalling establishment.If you need your clothes dry cleaned in Noosa, drive to Toowoomba instead.Or go to your party with dirty clothes on.Better that than funding an organisation with staff that are more abrasive than commercial sandpaper.

They lost one of my suit pants and I had to return someone else’s scarf. Also I requested an alteration and got back my pants and button was missing. Won’t be using this service again.

When I went to pick up my dry-cleaning I asked for the linen bag I had left with it the young lady was very unhelpful. She was shouting at me that it was MY own responsibility and it had most likely been thrown out!! Very rude and unhelpful. I WON'T go back and wouldn't recommend it. Fortunately a nice lady called Heather rang me a few days later to say she had found it.

Dropped my wedding dress to be cleaned here and wish I didn't. Was originally told 3 weeks (with an exact date given) it end up being 8 weeks!! First time I went to pick it up it was still dirty!! My dress only had a bit of dirt/mud on the base and makeup around the neck, I was told it was really dirty and they are busy...It was not dirty compared to others. Also had no lace, silk, anything was plain. Originally said they couldn't do much more to it, they re-cleaned it and was a lot better....not sure why they couldn't have done that in the first place? Wish I took it elsewhere first. Don't get your wedding dress cleaned here.
