We had issues with our dishwasher blocking and have plumbers to fix it on two occasions.First day was Lucas and his team. They were great, professional and very friendly. Managed to do the investigation and fixing in under 30 mins. Thank you Lucas and team for your friendly service.Second occasion was attended by Craig De Silva. He came the next day, very friendly and profesional he showed us where the blockage is and fix the issue quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure everything is alright and teach us how to take care of it so the blockage will less likely to happen again.I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He definetely turned things around and put our faith back to Service Today after the unpleasant conversation with the customer service the previous day, which put me off and felt unvalued as a VIP.I believe Craig is an asset to your company.Pros: All the technician/trades staffs that I have come across with are all great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Quick turnaround and always on time.Cons: Quote on jobs is always more expensive compared to others (way more expensive). Customer service is bad, unpleasant, talking like a robot and has no knowledge whatsoever. It gives me a vibe that all they care about is sucking you in and taking your money.

Plumber Craig who attended my job was on time, professional, explained the process and costs involved. He was very friendly and completed the job as agreed, the repair and installation was not made easy for him due to previous work done. He did the work without any issues or extra costs. Craig did the work efficiently and within my budget. I would highly recommend this business and especially Craig for any plumbing job. I would definitely call on Service Today for any future plumbing needs I have. AAA+

Amazing service! Our hot water service died on a Sunday and we were able to book online for a service the following day. By 5pm Monday we had a new unit installed. The price was fair too. Big thank you to Mustafa and Stefan for doing such a great job. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Very happy thank you.

We had Dave come to our property yesterday to fix a blocked kitchen sink. He was punctual, polite, friendly and thorough and explained our options as he went. He didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. He listened and empathised with our situation. Thanks Dave for your fantastic and friendly approach and for working hard to unblock our kitchen sink. We had the good fortune of contracting Service Today to investigate why our old gas heater stopped working. Not only did they come out the day we called but they fixed it on the spot for a most reasonable cost. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services.

I will give them credit that their communication is great but they could not fix my lighting issue. I spent $500 for no outcomes and then they wanted to charge me another $2000 to fix the issue. I called in another company and it was fixed in 30 mins for $80. The money I would have spent would not have fixed the issue so I am glad I did not go ahead with them. They have junior staff not experienced in fixing issues

We had our hot water heater replaced as it went on the blink last night.Made a call to service today at 7.00am by 11.00am a new hot water heater was fitted.. would highly recommend this company.

We purchased and had an air conditioner fitted by Service Today, after some initial issues the unit was fitted by the team expertly. A special thanks to TAS who did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this organisation.

I had my hot water fixed by the best plumber I came across very good at his job and fair and just no hanky panky like some trades you can be certain the job will be well done and no ripping off to worry about the best true fair charges for the job the one you can trust always specially these days.
