We had four crimsafe doors installed by Door Master Security and we are extremely happy with the job. The service was excellent and the work completed was professional and wonderfully done.

Adam and Janelle were very arrogant and rude over the phone, I would never use this company again. Phoned for a warranty repair and wouldn't come out to just look at the job when it comes with a huge company promised warranty, what a joke! No after sales care, the attitude is poor and very inappropriate for people in business, even after troubleshooting they were very condensending, dismissive and unhelpful even wanting to charge a fee just to quote/look at the job first to see what the problem was. Customer service and after care on a product goes a long way and people talk. Always good to take money but when it comes to after sales care that is under warranty, there is very little care factor to a customer and dismissive of the role they, as business owners play in this. Adam was very passive aggressive on this matter.
