We are tenants of Francesca from the Cumberland Realty, she is the most helpful agent I have encountered in Syd. I usually don't comment, but she is excellent. Her response is always fast, she is responsible for all issues and manages them with timely updates as quick as lightning even in the COVID-19 restrictions period . In every interaction I have with her, she is always very professional and diligent. Cannot be more happy with so nice house-owner and really enjoy our new home!!
