What a horrific experience!The store gave me the wrong necklace after a simple clasp repair. Refused to claim that they were in the wrong claiming he hasn't made a mistake in 50 years" and that the necklace was in fact mine (unbelievable)!I would challenge that based on his filing system consisting of chucking ripped up papers into an old box as well as a women coming in being unhappy of her ring being incorrectly enlarged which was concluded to be a fault with her knuckle or due to the weather (you honestly cant make this up!) .The utter refusal to acknowledge he was in the wrong indicates the mistake I made by trusting him with my necklace

Such a great gentleman, he took a look at my ring free of charge to help me with what stones were set in it. He took the time to open his gemology book and go through it with me. He also has some gorgeous jewellery in his store for anyone looking for something unique.
