Unfortunately the experience was a let down!!! The girls were happy to say hello however none of the specials were made clear until we overheard them saying it to another customer that all full priced items were 50%off. Then there was no system as to sizes or what was actually in stock as the same item was all over the shop.Upon returning home I realized that I was over charged and called to speak to the store manager who proceeded to tell me that store policy she couldn't give me a refund (WRONG, not only is it NOT a refund its a stuff up by the girl on the till) and that I could go to a store closer to where I live and they could fix it.When I went to the Kotara Store the lovely staff helped to get the funds returned and mentioned that I defiantly could have gone back to them and they defiantly could have refunded!!!Moral is that the staff need a little more training on till as I feel that it could have been avoided if Viesha was more alert to the mistakes made, also the store manager could have acknowledge the mistakes being made and thought to train staff more efficiently and also get the facts as to consumer law and fixing their error on funds" as not being a refund!"

My friends was driving through from Newcastle back to Port Macquarie & took a detour to Raymond’s Terrace City Chic store. Hard to find things, we just browse through cos none of the staffs (3 chatting at the check out) came to help us. One of the staff was happy to smile as we walked in. My friend was trying to look for her size of dress for her birthday and I had recommended her city chic because they really had nice dresses. Pretty staffs but just need to smart up the customer service.

City Chic bargains with super friendly service! What more could you want? I'll definitely be back, I've already told anyone who will listen.

Really great sales on clothing and shoes. I wear a 12 in ladies shoes and they have some styles to a 13. I got knee high boots for $20. Can't go wrong.
