I found the staff helpful and pleasant at all times. That is a good start. Even if I couldn't at times remember the whole title. Now that is a gift....... I like that I can telephone and get the item sent to me quickly. Thanks to the whole Dymock staff, a little extra tick to the chap in the back room. Loves his job and for me knows his books. A real keeper.Thanks

Rude staff. Asked for some help with finding a specific type of non-fiction book, and the woman with brunette hair was incredibly condescending and dismissive.

An excellent range of books on hand. Easy to navigate the store and conveniently located at Belco Mall with bags of free parking nearby. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy to hit the Interweb and find and order books for me. My #1 destination to buy books and get help to acquire the books I want. Great work Belco team ;-D

Great range but definitely not competing price range, pay on average 20-30% more then some other stores.Staff are lovely though and super helpful!

It had a lot of interesting books that we would like to buy. The only problem is the wheelchair access but the staff are very friendly and will help with getting books for us.

Great book store. Plenty of choice. Glad they are still around. Great layout, great advice. Finding what I want is never an issue. Special orders are no problem either. Great customer service.

Dymocks have opened in a brand new shopfront in Westfield Belconnen. Their stock levels haven't changed, but they're in a more central location and the entire interior of the store is brand new and looks great. When I walked in, one of the staff offered me help without feeling forceful. The staff member in question was very friendly. Ive had plenty of positive experience with Dymocks over the years, and they always seem to have what I want.
