Still in shock with the service. They were so rude and kept talking between them selfs in another language so the customers couldn’t understand but it was clearly talking about us. Never coming back.

They don’t even deserve a one star, absolutely the ugliest most horrible nails I have ever gotten, I hate them so much they did not give me anything I wanted, most of my nails are crooked. my French line tips are crooked, not one line is straight, couldn’t even draw a a straight line or even attempt to make the design I wanted to look the same, this is the worse salon I have ever gone to ‼️‼️‼️

Good staff, however the shade I chose (a very light pastel blue) does not look like the sample colour and my nails look very bright other than that happy :))

I have never been hurt so badly before, putting this out there hoping no other ladies have to go through what I did today. Very rough and rushed from start to finish, the water burned my feet and no one was around to check it so I had to wait until they came back and asked me why my feet weren’t in the water. I yelled out in pain when one of the ladies cut my skin and nail down the side of my big toe, I am very nervous about getting an ingrown nail due to their lack of care & knowledge on how to care for feet. No apology at all and still charged me full price ($50 for pedicure) which is very expensive compared to other nail shops. I only went there as they were close to home but I will happily travel so I do not get treated like that again. I do not write reviews but this had to be done to warn everyone that goes there, you will leave very disappointed with their services.

The staff were lovely and my nails turned out of well! Plus, the acrylic and nail art took way less time than other places I’ve been to. Definitely going back here again.

Customer service is shocking. Extremely rushed even though no one else was in there. The pain with filing is real. No shape to my nail and the paint job very poor. The whole team need some serious training in quality of work and overall customer service. 1/10.

Have just discovered this place, I’ve been twice now and love them. Phi in particular is amazing he works quickly but is a perfectionist and my acrylics have looked stunning on both occasions.

Very rough and rushed treatment, I had to ask the lady to be more gentle several times because she nearly made me bleed and no attention was given to what I had requested. The whole spa pedicure was rushed from the start and the massage was rough and uncomfortable. The owner had to re do my nails because the lady made a mess of them. He then told me they were dry when they weren’t and obviously got ruined. I asked for a refund and he refused. This will be my last time here. If you want a proper spa pedicure that doesn’t hurt, don’t come here. Not relaxing at all.

Don't go. Had to over the Christmas break due to holiday closures. Gel fingers shape is the worst I have ever seen. Asked for square oval as per the picture guide they have. Literally they are 100% square. Gel toes she kept putting the polish on my skin then dug in with her fake nails to clear it off. Really hurt. Pinky on one toe is half done.Pedicure I got removed half the dead skin. To top it off I was pushed with different options to save money to give them cash. I do not handle money and haven't for years. Hello....Covid. So I paid $10 more (because I used my card) than my normal salon where it's perfect every time and with my gel fingernails I get a manicure as well. No brainer. Terrible salon, small, overpriced and no good technicians clearly.
