Historic in style. Dirt roads and parking around back of ground. Some basic seating to be had outside of the single grandstand.

Very nice large showground with plenty of space. Visited for the Aussie night markets and was alot of fun and everyone kept covid safe. There's a nice lookout over the river at the end of the showgrounds.

Great views. Amenities very basic. Power and water not next to each other. Power one way the water in opposite direction. Certainly need long cords and hose, which was told to us by the very informative lady on the phone when you book.

Great spot. Close to town but far enough that it’s quiet and calm.Beautiful walk from the camping area down to the river through caves and forest. Amenities were basic but hot showers. Plenty of power and water hook ups but some sites need long hose or extension leads as it can be a little far between connections.

A lovely area to camp for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed it and ranger Brendan was very helpful and friendly.

I go to the Dog Training on the lower Oval in the evening with my puppy. The camping is great and the price isn’t too bad (but it keeps going up!)If you have a dog I would recommend going to the football field in the afternoons as lots of people take their dogs there for some exercise and socialisation. It’s a great social activity for you and your dog.

Pretty terrible campground. Most of the amenities were deadlocked including all of the showers. Twenty eight dollars a night for a terrible wet camp spot with no where to take a shower. To be fair the views were lovely and it was dog friendly. This was overshadowed however by one angry looking local yob with a huge walking staff and a backpack, both morning and night he sort of wondered around the campsite whilst occasionally hurling insults at random campers.

Lovely showground.very well priced at $16 a night. Obviouslywell cared for and used a lot. Plenty of space for us to camp with our large rv and our dog. Amenities are old, but clean and well cared for. The views are stunning. Bens Walk was great. And proximity to shops and restaurants is great.

Nice view of river, sme spots not level but easily sorted with a levelling ramp or 2. Amazing walk w caves on the way down to river, swim spots, nice shade. Self contained so we didn't use amenities, old mate said showers were hot. Great for dogs, the place is mostly off leash, very friendly locals too.. We be back. Police and security patrols. Feel safe,no hoons like other reviews said. There for 2 weeks and barely anyone there. Tonnes of spots available
