Had a great experience at Express Trophies. The team was able to let me know what they had on hand so they could deliver us the product within the time frame I needed it in. As I was running late, they even stayed back well after closing hours to make sure I was able to pick up the final product so I could take it on a flight with me the next day.. The trophy and the writing was 100% correct and didn't need to be re-edited with any changes. Overall we were very happy with the service and efforts.. Highly recommended.

The woman working there is openly homophobic. She called a customer ‘a poof’ and told he and his partner to get out. Clearly she picks and chooses who she wants to serve based on ignorant and hetero normative yet antiquated ideals. That sort of behaviour is disgusting. Don’t let her and the conservative right allow this sort of blatant discrimination to become legal. Love is love and the yes vote won people!

Chad- 11/10 customer service with prompt, professional, high quality, and honest service. Will only going to Express Trophies for my professional and personal needs for engraving, business cards, trophies, plaques and so much more. For this particular experience, Chadd went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get what I needed in the limited timeframe I gave. Amazing service from the entire team and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Already passed on their name onto family and friends for future business. Keep it up guys!

Hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with.Brett refused to respond to any email or message. I was forced to call him to get a response.Each time he assured me that work would begin. Eventually after over a month wasted with this company, we had to seek another. Do not waste your time or money with this business.
