Heartless and Rude.Only cared about money. The old bag answering the phones is definitely in the Wrong profession. The job is great but service is extremely unprofessional

Though it has left a massive void in our lives, you've assured us through your actions that from him taken into your care then delivered back to us, his comfort was as important to you as it most certainly would be to us.

No sympathy or understanding given. No explanation given as to what happens to our pet when our beloved dog left our home (was a Friday, not seeing them to pay bill til Monday) unprofessional and rude (on the phone the whole time they were here) a horrible experience made even worse by them.

We chose to have our Bernie cremated into a beautiful handmade glass art piece and are so glad with the result. Upon picking up his remains we were gifted a heart felt poem and sensational smelling candle, these little touches make all the difference. Kate was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, this gave us comfort knowing that Bernie was in the best hands (and we were right). Thank you so much for the upmost caring and comprehensive service, words cannot describe how much it has helped us during our loss.

No issues with this group. They let me know as soon as my buddy was booked in and planned to come home.They expedited our request to get the urn home earlier then planned on short noticed and was even able to offer paw prints on short notice.Urn was in great condition and high quality, I purchased the top urn and definitely got my money worth through services (transport, compassion, communication)Good work.

Thank you to the Team at Pets Eternal Tranquility. You treated our white german shepherd Sabre with such respect and dignity. From our phone interaction, you showed compassion and care. The attendants who came to pick her up brought a stretcher into our home so that she could be taken away with ease & comfort.Delivering her back to us in a beautiful box (door to door service) was greatly appreciated by us. Will be using their services in the future. It can not be an easy job to do, so we commend them on their work & professionalism.

Disappointing. I have received the ashes of my pet today and that is the good news. I have been told that I’ll be notified when my dog gets transported from Tennant Creek and then again when she will be cremated - none of that happened. I called straight away - no apology was given and then I was told that they don’t have the exact day or time of the cremation as they don’t keep it on file. Why promise it in the first place ?! I’m hoping that at least the ashes are the ones of my dog.

Had our dog booked in then they Left her rotting at the vet without telling us, took 6 days until we found out by the vet
