Fansee present something organic and fresh in the world of dinnerware. Their friendly service and expedited delivery coupled with good quality brought much joy to the table. The uniqueness was a pleasant surprise. As a family of five we've used their products and enjoy them. Their little thank you gift with Egyptian umber was also surprising. Thanks Melanie and Marsh.

The product quality is outstanding and they are beautiful pieces. I bought one golden cutlery and cosmos ufo blue plate set to gift my sister for her anniversary, and she liked the gift. I have to say I was worried when I was buying from the new company but Fansee Australia has provided me with a better experience regarding product quality and fast service compare to branded companies.

Literally blown away at the quality and service we received from Fansee Australia. We ordered the stunning blue soup bowls and not only are they exquisite but the care taken in the packaging is superior. The box itself is gorgeous. Was super impressed to receive a hand written thank you note from Mel. We will be ordering again and truly cannot recommend Fansee enough. It's not just about crockery and cutlery but they have elegant glassware, bedding, art, unique gifts. Anyone would be thrilled to purchase anything from Fansee.

Excellent Service, Great Products.Even though I paid only $4.99 for delivery, my order arrived in one day (Speedy turnaround). The package came in a black box with the logo on it. I love the product, they are amazing handcrafted artisan pieces especially quality and look. Well, on top of that received the free scented candle with my order, like how it smells. Overall, their service exceeded my expectation.

I ordered two sets of whiskey glassware to gift my dad and brother. They loved the product so much. Shipping was unbelievable fast - arrived next day- so surprised. So I placed another order to try their product for myself. I fall in love with the blue dinnerware I got from Fansee. They are splendid and different to other products out there in the market. Highly recommend—the perfect online shop to buy handcrafted and unique products.

Had a order about $200.$15 Coupon didn’t work because of an item I bought yet didn’t mention this with coupon so didn’t use it. Contacted them about it. They held my order because of this, after I got express shipping to get fast as possible, not to be held over a system fault of theirs. Yet sent me a email saying my order had been shipped and confirmed, and it wasn’t shipped. If it was sent when I got the confirmation it would’ve come on time. But they held the order. I said because they held the order without asking can I get regular shipping instead, because express is pointless now and then they said they’ll just cancel my whole order..Edit; reply to owner——Really now, this is the first time you’ve mentioned this.1. This wasn’t the reason at all you said. How about you stop lying to try and cover yourself. What I said is exactly what happened.2. My first payment went straight through, as I used Afterpay and you can’t make a unsuccessful payment with afterpay because it won’t work period. It won’t be an attempt.3. I ordered the stuff from my home, where I was getting it delivered.4. I didn’t ask you to double your gift offer. You weren’t clear with your messages and I was trying to verify what you meant.5. I never asked for anything from you accept the $15 from the coupon wi is offered to all but doesnt work.6. Then once you told me and order had been shipped then a day later told me it hadn’t been shipped and it won’t be shipped till tomorrow I asked you to not bother with express shipping and to get my money back from it(the shipping), and I’ll pay regular shipping.7. I don’t have to tell you any expectations, I ordered fast shipping, you didn’t deliver. You said you sent the stuff already then told me a day later you were holding it only because I asked how long will shipping be, never mentioned the fact you didn’t ship it yet despite telling me so.8. I never claimed a refund, you did the refund. I asked for $15 coupon that your site offers but didn’t work because of your faulty system, then I asked to change my shipping method due to you holding my order despite saying you shipped it.9. Why say you sent my order if it looks like fraud?10. Money has deducted from my account because with afterpay you have to pay one payment upfront.11. What does my name being different have to do with anything, this is my preferred nickname.Finally. If you want to continue to lie, let me post screenshots, so future customers can see how your service is, and that you lie and try to make your customers look like they’re in the wrong. My review isn’t harsh. It’s the truth.Anyone reading check their fb page review and see the screenshot saying my shipping got sent, why would it be sent if they’re hought my order is fraud, they never asked for identiCation.
