The most unreliable power trip taxi service I've ever used and I've used it alot.This service is run in the most unprofessional manner and more than over half of biloela would agree with me. The wait times due to management are shocking.Absolutely useless.

I rang and asked if I could get a lift around Biloela to see the sights and she said no, she wouldn't feel comfortable. I have the money to cover it. Disgusting that a place that calls itself community transport treats people like that.

The guy will literally just make up how much he charges you based on what he feels like. No meter. A 5 minute trip cost $12 one way and then the exact same trip back cost me $20.

The only transport service I could get to actually turn up. Ordered a smart hail booking who never showed up or picked up the phone when I called. Community transport were there within minutes so I could still get to my appointment on time.The return option is great and keeps it affordable.
