Ask for Josh! Excellent customer service, helpful, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Only downside is turnaround time on the job was pretty slow, but this maybe due to COVID.

Brilliant. We needed a replacement plastic gear for an old motorised garage door. Just took the old damaged one and bingo in a few days we had 2 brand new ones. The price was a bit over one quarter the quote we got elsewhere for one! Very pleased.

I had the pleasure to deal with Christine (I think Receptionist) Brian, Ashton and Josh, all were very responsive and listened to my problems.I had a split in the drinking water tank of my motor home, it needed repair. Once we had the tank in shop its was found that possibly it was not a food grade plastic. Those concerns were eliminated after test welding capabilities proved correct and it was of food grade polypropylene. The whole process was efficient and carried out in relatively good time, considering Covid restrictions. I would recommend Plastics for Industry for any plastic welding job any day of the week. I called in asking for some information about your products and was blown away by the extremely poor customer service (or complete lack of) I received from Marie who answered my call. I'm not one to usually complain, but the way I was treated as a potential customer, was nothing short of disgraceful.
