All staff were incredibly professional and friendly. A particular shout out to Joanne though.. If only all industries attracted such a well-natured, friendly, warm and professional individual the world would be a better place.

Olivia and the team at Bodycatalyst provided some of the most impeccable customer service i’ve ever experienced. Super professional, friendly and did not hesitate to answer any and every question i had, no matter how miniscule. Most importantly, they're incredibly trustworthy since they didn't try to upsell procedures i did not need, unlike some other places. Specifically, they’d always let me know if i am NOT a viable candidate for certain treatments to ensure my expectations of the process and outcomes were realistic. Above that, treatments work effectively and the membership benefits give fantastic value.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was a bit nervous doing a treatment for the first time but the team put a lot of effort into making sure I felt comfortable. Olivia explained the process very thoroughly to me and I came away from my first treatment feeling really good about it all and not as nervous about further treatments.Having looked into a few different services, I'm so glad I went with Body Catalyst because they really go above and beyond for their clients. =)

Great facilities and lovely staff here. Have tried cyro, cavitation and Tesla treatments here, and the results are amazing!! The support you get in your journey is the best part of the experience here. Shoutout to Joanne who is the best therapist here at Melb central, she is always here supporting me, giving me suggestion for treatments and giving me recommendations for what I need to achieve my goals faster ☺️ Definitely recommend this place because they will deliver results catered specifically for what you want to achieve and will provide 100% support throughout every step of your journey!

I had a wonderful experience at the Body Catalyst, Melbourne Central. I had gone in for Cavitation and Tesla former for my abs. With 10 sessions package of each I could see a 3 to 4 cms reduction at my waist and lower belly. I was quiet satisfied with the results .What needs special mentions is the friendliness and service oriented approach of staff there especially Olivia and Jessica who attended to my sessions . They made me very comfortable and listened and acted on my concerns and feedback and where very proactive. By the end of my package it felt like I had gained 2 friends and was sad to say bye. I will definitely revisit next time I need a beauty service.

The staff are very friendly and they always make sure you feel comfortable (shoutout to Lisa and Giulia)! The rooms are quite nice, always kept clean and overall has a pleasant ambiance. I always look forward to my appointments because the clinic has an array of different modalities to help you reach your body goals and their memberships allow you to try different ones! I absolutely love seeing the progress it gives me.

Had my fat freezing and Tesla done at Body Catalyst in Melbourne Central. Olivia was the best. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. The area I wanted to focus on for fat freezing was my lower abdomen. Felt a bit of pinch at the start but it was tolerable for me.Olivia guided me throughout the process, which was great. I also got Tesla after my fat freezing session which can help further with breaking down the frozen fat cells.Overall, the experience was amazing and i felt relaxed watching love is blind on Netflix. Would definitely recommend Body Catalyst and book in for Olivia.
