Very spacious rooms great big baths. Great for a romantic getaway or just some downtime. Beautiful gardens and great breakfast and staff were wonderful. So close to town. Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing weekend

A sense of luxury without being ostentatious. Beautiful storybook property with old-school customer service.We are a family - a married couple with 3 adult children, and stayed in two rooms for almost a week in the middle of winter (late June).The property is a few minutes drive from the town centre. Possibly a nice cycle during the warmer seasons.The rooms we were in were breathtakingly spacious. And have enough amenities to keep your stay indoors enjoyable. But why would you when there is a picturesque garden, visited by wildlife, at your door step?There are limited but enough facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the customer service you will receive from the small pleasant team is exceptional. We strongly recommend checking with the Manor for their full list of facilities and to discuss your needs to avoid disappointments.Overall, if you are looking for something different from your modern apartments that heavily rely on self-serve facilities and impersonal service, competing for amenities with multiple other visitors, then this might be worth considering. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Ben who provided us with great help.Last week we went to Margaret River from Perth, We drove past this beautiful place and decided to have a meal in this place without knowing that breakfast must be booked ahead.Ben explained to us thoroughly about accommodation booking and membership registration. He was so considerate to provide us with cold drinking water, which was really appreciated especially on an extremely hot day. Ben was so knowledgeable about local produce, nature views, restaurants and lots of other things.Even we didn't stay at this place, Ben still helped us with all information we needed. We were really impressed with his awesome customer service and friendly manners.Thanks Ben, we do consider staying at Grand Mercure Basildene Manor Accor Vacation Club Apartments in the further.

Great place to stay and unwind, with a nice garden to walk around also has a tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue area. The property only does breakfast, but there are plenty of places in town to have lunch and dinner only a couple of minutes away.

It was the best stay down south!! The hotel was beautiful… the staff was fantastic & especially Ben, he made us feel so welcome. The hotel gave me chocolate & balloons for my birthday great surprise!The hotel grounds are beautiful & peaceful. The rooms were lovely and bed & pillows were so comfortable. Very quiet as well.They gave you two scones when you left & OMG they were delicious!!Highly recommend staying here

A beautiful heritage building converted into a hotel.The rooms are well appointed, with amenities including swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue, and landscaped gardens.Located roughly 4km away from Margaret River townshipThe staff are so friendly and obliging.

Beautiful grounds, wonderful service and the only hotel where we could request memory foam pillows! Breakfast was delicious and very welcoming service. Wish we could have stayed a night longer but as many reviews have stated it’s very hard to book.

It was a beautiful venue , service was exceptional, everything was extremely clean . However we felt like it was over priced. The price did include a top quality breakfast, which we really enjoyed. Beautiful gardens , was advertised as walking distance to town, however too far to walk.
